How long will my Pressed by Virgo nails last?

Generally you can expect your press-ons to last 28 days, but this can vary, depending on a few factors.
 
1. Are you using a glue or adhesive to apply your press-ons? - Using a glue will allow your nails to last longer, whereas applying with an adhesive will result in them lasting a shorter amount of time.
 
2. What's your activity level? - If you are a more active person ( i.e. you type a lot, or your job requires you to use your hands a lot) we suggest using a glue for your press-ons.

Are there any benefits to press-ons?

Press-on nails are a great alternative to acrylic or gel nails!
 
While wearing your Pressed by Virgo nails, you can continue to do your daily activities, including:

  >Swimming
  > Shampooing your hair

My press-ons are a little longer than I expected when I ordered, can I cut them?"

Accepted Answer

If your press-ons are too long when you receive them. you can slowly clip them until they are the desired length. *Please note that this may alter the shape of the press-ons and you may have to reshape them.

I like my nails long/short, can I still wear press-ons?"

Accepted Answer

Of course! There's a style of press-ons for almost everyone. Just let us know what length you want when you place your order!

How do I apply my Pressed by Virgo nails?

All of our press-ons come with an instruction card, detailing how to apply your nails. If you have any additional questions, please email us!

Are my press-ons reusable?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Once you take your press-ons off, you can re-apply them again. When not in use, we suggest storing cleaned press-ons, in a cool, dry place.

What's your return policy?

Unfortunately, in order to protect the safety of our team and customers, we cannot accept returns of any Pressed by Virgo nails, or sizing kits. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email, at Pressedbyvirgo@gmail.com

Ocasionally, we create custom sets by request. Custom sets start at $30 and the price increases depening on design. To request a custom set, please contact us via email.

How do I track my order?

Track your order only after you have received a notification that your order has been completed and shipped through our track your order page !

All nail orders placed by Virgo are received through USPS from Shippo. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking order link via email to keep track of your package.

To ensure you receive timely updates about your package, we recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery. This service allows you to receive notifications about expected delivery dates and times, as well as images of your incoming mail and packages.

It is also important to regularly check your email inbox and spam folder for updates regarding your package. Additionally, please refrain from using iCloud when signing into Pressed by Virgo or when emailing us, as this email service may not work effectively.

How do I determine my nail sizes?

If you do not know your nail size (this is not the length of the nails you order, but the width of your natural nail bed) then ordering a nail sizing kit is the MOST ACCURATE way to size your nails for your first purchase or if you're trying a new shape. Nail sizing kits can be ordered along with your sets at checkout.
